一、效劳内容:

本服务项目重要为吸收客户的抗体、卵白、多肽、小份子化合物停止通例符号物符号。

二、效劳流程:

1.  客户提交拜托符号恳求并明白符号要求,取公司约定详细的实行项目、数目和用度,两边签署《拜托符号制备条约》。

2.  客户供应待符号样品,我公司根据条约要求布置符号效劳,并正在划定时间内完成符号拜托。

3.  符号完成后,我公司根据客户要求分装,免费高温邮寄给客户,同时供应符号讲演。

三、样品要求:

1.  待符号样品需包管90%以上的纯度,样品中不含有滋扰符号物联合的身分,如有特别身分,请提早标注阐明。

2.  待符号样品最小符号量为1mg,最好是干粉,若是是液体,浓度应大于1mg/ml。

3.  抗体IgG样品中应不含BSA、叠氮钠、甘氨酸等身分。

4.  大分子卵白应供应分子量、等电点、缓冲液身分及pH等信息;小份子多肽需供应氨基酸序列;小份子化合物借需供应份子结构式。

5.  请提早阐明任何特别状况。

五、符号物引见:
碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP或AP)是免疫诊断试剂产物最常用的符号酶之一,长处是稳定性下、灵敏度下。ALP是一种可以或许将对应底物去磷酸化的酶,即经由过程水解磷酸单酯将底物份子上的磷酸基团撤除,并天生磷酸根离子和自在的羟基,这类底物包孕核酸、卵白、生物碱等。而该脱去磷酸基团的历程被称为去磷酸化或脱磷酸化。碱性磷酸酶是磷酸酶的一种,磷酸酶的感化取激酶的感化正相反,激酶是磷酸化酶,能够应用能量份子,如ATP,将磷酸基团加到对应底物份子上。
